[Internet] Can't check internet usage
Is anyone else having this problem on Fibe plans? It's been 2 days now, I can't check my internet usage.
When trying to view anything related to my internet account, I'm told
"Your account is now on Bell Wireless Internet 5. Click to continue".
Clicking to continue brings me back to the main services page. I'm on Fibe 25/10.
Before I go and bother CS, anyone else having the same issue?
Yes! Same issue. I recently switched from the discontinued 25/7 to 25/10. I was thinking that may be why.
I had same issue few days back it was fixed but had call several times before it was corrected.
