Yep, even Wal-Mart had a pre-paid Verizon on the black friday sale for $69.88 (was $129.88), but it was strictly 3G. did have a sticker on the box that said "NOW 2GB DATA".

And as they expand their 4G network and as more people buy 4G devices there are fewer people using 3G thus bandwidth is freed up.
