My iPhone 5 (iOS 6.0.1), which is right next to my iPad 2, can't even see the same wifi, let alone connect to it, even with the case off, even after rebooting, even after turning blue tooth, blah blah blah.
... Sounds like your work Wi-Fi is on the 5GHz band which the iPhone does not have a radio for.
Sorry, I do not know the answer to your question.
Edit - I am wrong. After I double checked I see the 5GHz Wi-Fi radio was added to the IPhone 5 (it's not in any previous iPhone). I have read it can take a little longer to find a 5GHz signal. -- My Gallery Formerly Nezmo  |
