Having the exact same problems. I've had two pk5001z modems and they both drop my connection every 15ish mins. I have a family member who works for century link CMS so I've gotten quite a bit of help but no matter what I do to the settings it doesn't help. As another poster commented it does it on all devices but is most noticeable on gaming devices. I've switched back to my old modem/router for now which obviously fixed the problem but the old unit is a bit slower.
