Pings were normal (10-15ms) late last night and into this afternoon. Now we're back to timeouts and constant 30-70ms pings again. So the issue seems to happen during "peak" hours of the afternoon and evening. VZ really wouldn't tell me much, other than that it's "outside" their network, even though it's probably occuring on a VZ peer. How should we complain about this so they at least research the issue?
