This new guy has a hosted PBX solution from FreedomIQ. We only spoke a few minutes, but he mentioned he has quite a few problems.

Anyone out there w/ FreedomIQ or Freedom Voice (FreedomIQ seems to be part of Freedom Voice) experience?

Sometimes I get to these places and they have no QoS. Other times they have legitimate complaints about the service provider.
