I am currently getting the below on the 15mb/1mb High Speed 15. I will be calling in tomorrow to upgrade to 25mbps courtesy of a great forum member here. Looking forward to re-running the speedtest tomorrow with the new 25/2.5mb profile.
Remember I asked the 'Special Guy whoever he wass to help you on this thread'. Very pleased for you. What I cannot understand is why customers when they phone in are denied these upgrades? The equipement must be in their area for the 'Special Person' to arrange. Could this be a shortage of ports ?Why do some have to wait such a long time for one? I was one of those persons myself.
