I have several wrt54g with ddwrt for sale
gl v1,1 is $30 shipped
g v2 is $20 shipped
other also available

Where did you get those as new routers with third party firmwares? I got mine from Fry's Electronics back in late 2009.

Buffalo uses ddwrt as factory default firmware.
For others, have someone to select and install better firmware.

Ah, interesting. I thought I missed Linksys' preinstalled third party firmwares.

Thanks.

But those are used? I want new ones.

Anyways, I looked at the instructions for installing third party firmwares like DDWRT. Yikes, complex and risky (can brick!). :O

If you lack the skill have someone show you.
Fry's sell used returns as new.
Seems you are not sure what you really want.
