You are much better off for PC or any one of the existing mobile "reseller" for LTE than CNOC. They already have a business relationship with the big 3 and have staff that at least familiar with the products.
Mobile is not even in CNOC market space. Good luck to get any support scripts that doesn't involve customers paying out of their own pockets buying new modems to test simple issues. With the incumbents, it is a matter swapping one for free. Seen too many of those next door in some of the not wanted to be named ISP forum.
Sorry folks if the customer has seen the cable modem status/signal strength page, there is no point to see if the Ethernet cable or the router is bad or the UPS or the wall wart. You have already verified the datapath and the all the equipment is getting power. It is a waste of time for everybody and only show the lack of diagnostic knowledge for the people that prepare/read their script.
