Not sure I agree. The last post from the OP indicates the router was reset and the issues started then.

The fact that speeds are good on speed tests, but browsing is slow usually indicates a problem with DNS.

OP - can you run this dns benchmark and post the results?

I'm thinking the router reset was just a coincidence.

Have the signal levels always been the same or very close ?

Quite possibly, but fast speeds but slow browsing is often a DNS issue.
