I would guess you have been optimized, but the question is why/what changed from before?<br><br>If the NID box on your house has test jacks, you could try connecting the modem and see if the stats are still the same or not. If the stats improve outside, then you may have an issue with the internal wiring.<br><br>If the stats stay the same, do you have phone service as well? If so, do you hear any noise or anything on the line?]]></description>
