If you still cannot access it, have you tried rebooting your modem and router? I've been suspecting for a while that they have some sort of security system tied into their provisioning system and it blocks access if it hasn't heard from your modem in a week or 2.

| Well, I haven't rebooted anything, and now I CAN get to myservices again for the first time in several weeks. I really wanted to log in to see my statement to see if the new modem fee was on there now (and it is).
