what do you mean by simultaneous Dual Band? Are you referring to Wireless N router with Dual Band bonding feature?

Simultaneous dual-band usually refers to units that have 2.4ghz and 5ghz radios that operate at the same time. Some devices, like the WAP610N, are dual-band but have to be configured for either 2.4ghz or 5ghz operation.
