On the VoIP.ms portal, did you remember to set Voicemail Associated with the Main Account (if you use the main account) or Internal Extension Voicemail (if you use a sub account)?

Yes I have set the voicemail associated to the main account (no sub accounts). Also, I have set the voicemail for each under "Manage DID's". I can post screen shots if they would be helpful to anyone.
