| They don't even announce some areas. The Southwest City MO tower was upgraded just a couple of weeks ago without any announcement. Not too impressed myself, although the speeds are great at 30 Mb/s down and 7 Mb/s up, you can only get 4G out to about 5 miles from that tower on the three side that the terrain is flat and on the side the creek is on with a large valley where the town actually sets, you only get it if you are within a half mile of the tower which means you are up on the prarie where the tower sets and have easy LOS. Drop off into town and signal is lost, you do good to even get 1x down there.
