Wind Gap, PA | Updating to RST Apparently I never installed ACHI and RST when I got my first SSD years ago, so I'm trying to do that now. AHCI went fine, but I'm stuck on the RST portion. The GUI install doesn't work and says my computer doesn't meet the requirements so I was trying to do it manually from device manager at someone else's suggestion. Which one am I supposed to be updating? |

| System specs please. What CPU and what motherboard/chipset? What version of RST were you trying to install? |

Am I supposed to install it over the Intel 6 port SATA or the Standard Dual Channel controller?

Oops, never mind. I was looking at the Xeon X3350 and not the chipset. I just know my Core i7 3930K / ASUS P9X79 Deluxe (X79 chipset) would use the enterprise version of RST AKA RSTe.

Wind Gap, PA | The only EXE in that link is for 32bit, I have 64bit Win7... If I knew which controller to actually update in the picture of my first post I could try the zip files manually through device manager... |
