[Cable] Cable outage in Ottawa tonight?

Hey there,

On St Laurent POI in Ottawa been offline for over an hour now ....

For a while the lights on my 475 were cycling ..... all lights are normal now, but router not getting an address.

Several resets and still the same ... all lights on, but no IP ...

Is there a DHCP problem?

There's been DHCP issues on at St. Laurent POI all day, no updates since noon: »[Cable] [OUTAGE REPORT] 11/28/2012 7H15

Interesting .... was fine al day until about 8:30 ish ...... I guess that was when I expired ...

Saw some momentary weirdness yesterday, but it was very brief ..

Yes sorry we are still experiencing a DHCP issue in Ottawa...the only thing we can advise is to power-cycle your modem for 5 minutes and it might resolve the issue...we are working hard to resolve the issue.

Reset cable modem this morning and all is working now ...

Don't when it was fixed, but I was in a coma .... so it's all good now ..

can you actually answer the question since it's affecting a lot of people in Ottawa for months now. Is TSI actually doing anything to resolve the issue and if so what? Is it an issue with Rogers DHCP or TSI's DHCP or connectivity between Rogers/TSI in St-Laurent?

Should be resolved, so we're opening tickets as we would normally.
