Yes sorry we are still experiencing a DHCP issue in Ottawa...the only thing we can advise is to power-cycle your modem for 5 minutes and it might resolve the issue...we are working hard to resolve the issue.
Bummer .... unfortunately ... the wait 5 minutes trick didn't work ......
Stuck to waiting an tethering through the phone ...... -- .... and the monkey flips the switch.

can you actually answer the question since it's affecting a lot of people in Ottawa for months now. Is TSI actually doing anything to resolve the issue and if so what? Is it an issue with Rogers DHCP or TSI's DHCP or connectivity between Rogers/TSI in St-Laurent?
