| Is Rogers cutting off docsys 2.0 modem support in Ottawa? Distributel said they are on December 6. At least their customers. I wont' be able to use Motorolla 5120 anymore, which worked fine on 18mb/512kb profile. |

Is anyone still using sb5120 in Ottawa? At the moment I'm on 18mb service with Distributel at Fallowfield POI. My in-laws on TSI's 18mb service (St.Laurent POI) were given sb5101n modem by rogers, because they couldn't get their sb5120 going for almost 2 weeks. I think Fallowfield POI might be the last one supporting sb5120 for TPIA, now I guess you need sb5101n.
I don't have a problem with buying D3, however giving me 7 days notice and taking away my grandfather plan was shot below belt.... |
