Here are the channel mappings that I'm using. Hopefully this can help others who are looking for this data:

Actual Cable Broadcast Channel - Station - (Virtual Channel ID as reported by an HD TV without a cable box)

13.1 - WPBN (NBC) - (7.1)
29.1 - WWTV (CBS) - (9.1)
75.1 - TBS - (75.1)
76.2 - WCMV (Create) - (14.3)

80.12 - WGN - (80.12)

I also found additional unencrypted digital channels (not major network channels, and not HD channels) on the channels below. For the most part these channels a simply digital copies of the SD analog channels on the cable system.
