#1 Please check what the Default Gateway on your computer is.

Since how how to do that varies per OS and Version, I will give an example: For example if on Windows XP..

a) Go to Start -> Run.

b) Type in cmd and press enter.

c) In the new window, called the command prompt, type in ipconfig /all and press enter.

d) Look at all of the output, because your computer might have more than one NIC.

#2 Please try to access your router using the Default Gateway IP Address.

#3 Note: If you are using a Mac OS, it is called Router.
