I don't know if the evidence supports that statement.

And it's in Anveo's interest to bring him on sooner rather than later.

There is more than one such intermediary offering such services.

Sometimes it can happen rapidly, sometimes it can take weeks.

Especially as this is a rather rural Canadian port from a rather small local provider.

Everyone knows that. It would be Anveo's CLEC, just as if I port a number to CallCentric it's being done by CallCentric's CLEC. But it's not needed to spell that out literally.
