Just as an update it's been two days since I submitted a ticket with Bruce Telecom and I still haven't heard back from them.
If I don't hear from them by tomorrow I guess I'll have to file a complaint with the CCTS.
And the fact that Bruce Telecom won't respond to you, tends to confirm what Anveo's carrier has been experiencing.
Which is sad, as every time I've needed to contact them for a tech to show up they've been great. It's just the billing and apparently the number porting out side of the business that's useless.
