We are planning to leave Verizon FiOS too due to price increase from $55 to $60 starting next year for 15/5 down/up mbps Internet only.
Charter offers 30/4 down/up mbps for $29.99 first year, $49.99 thereafter.
While FiOS certainly is excellent, it is getting too costly and getting harder and harder to justify the cost for the benefit. We neither need television nor telephone service.
