can you actually answer the question since it's affecting a lot of people in Ottawa for months now. Is TSI actually doing anything to resolve the issue and if so what? Is it an issue with Rogers DHCP or TSI's DHCP or connectivity between Rogers/TSI in St-Laurent?
Should be resolved, so we're opening tickets as we would normally.
