It's not that old. NDT appears to be an entity that certifies gaming (ie, gambling) machines. Takasago is the manufacturer. |

Glendora, CA | Could the "date of manufacture" be referring to the certificate rather than the machine? Seems odd that the machine's manufacturing date would be "valid for 3 years" Probably just a grammar thing that I'm not aware of not speaking the language...

I wondered about that too, but that's exactly what the phrases literally mean. |
