Re: Drilling into concrete ceiling I find that drilling holes for tapcons almost requires a hammer drill so the hole size is accurate. Otherwise you're working at it so long that the hole becomes enlongated and the tapcon doesn't grip properly. Especially if drilling into softer materials like CMU. |
