TSI doesn't offer modem firmware upgrades on an existing unit, you'd have to get a new one.
But on the other hand you are in luck. There are two users on this forum who do firmware upgrades and again you're in luck as one is located in Ottawa. Send a PM to mlord »/profile/1410402
