It does not slow down your PC none whatsoever. When i were using version 6 i did see a little slow down, but with version 7 i do not see any slow downs at all. It feels like i am not running an Anti-Virus

I don't recall ever seeing a popup that something was caught. Maybe I don't visit sites that are a threat.

It's not a real virus, just a code that is supposed to be recognized by a working antivirus.

Then Norton OEM $20, one computer and by that time I had 3 computers. I still have 6 avast! paid licenses but now only 4 computers. Hope to add a new one next month.
