That's besides the point though. My main complaint is the woman i talked on monday is apparently clueless and doesn't know how to confirm an appointment. Also i was indeed told by 2 different people that the only thing i'll have to pay is a 49 dollar activation fee. ]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[anon posted : Called Monday to upgrade and was on the phone for close to an hour being bounced around. Eventually I got to the right person and she said the earliest available install time was Wednesday of this week otherwise known as tomorrow. So I told here that would be fine. She asked if I wanted morning or afternoon I said morning and she confirmed they installer would be here between 8-12 Wednesday. Thanked her for her help said bye and hung up.<br><br>So today I called to let then know I required a pole mount so they could tell the installer .   I was then informed that the first rep left the app time open and never actually confirmed the app and now I have to wait until Friday. Even worse the cs acted like it was my fault.]]></description>
