Yeah - I tried all the settings with all the boxes - as the tech guy above and the manual for the box he linked both say, you definitely have to use the optical out for 5.1. I really wonder how many customers understand this - the various brighthouse techs I spoke to before the one above certainly did not! |

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I would like to dive deeper into your experience. Would you mind opening a direct forums thread and just copy your original concern and include your IP address...you can continue to post here but this will give me the information I need to make sure this doesn't happen again.
