I may just downgrade to the 21/4 if that's what the sustained speeds are. Not that much slower than the former 22/5 and would be a lot cheaper. And the profile actually works.

I don't think that anyone in this thread has said that they were getting sustained speeds of 21/4 for the BC starter package. I have seen the word "consistent" used, but I suspect that applies to short on-line speed tests that also include at least some PowerBoost residue. I do not see sustained speeds greater than ~17/3 on my starter tier connection.

Yes, if people could be specific about PB vs. non-PB sustained speeds, it would help ensure everyone is on the same page.
