I am having really bad latency issues with my internet. netflix streaming and Battlefield 3 are almost unusable some days, BF3 is unplayable those days. I have had 4 techs out in as many months, replaced modem to a docsis 3.0, and I am getting great "speeds" I still am having bad latency. I've ran many tracert's, ispgeeks capacity tests, speedtest.net, pingtest.net, etc, etc. Noone seems to be able to fix this or really even care. Any help would be appreciated.

just spoke to cox tech support and she said that when she was pinging my modem it was dropping packets 50 sent and only 36 returned

also my smoke pings are still showing anywhere from 1% up too 50% packet loss still
