| Rogers $25 gift card Hi,
I cancelled my service 25 days ago. Recently, Rogers has been calling and sending flyers to my house. I got a card in the mail saying if I called them and told them why I left I would get a $25 gift card.
I called the number and said, "My cat said she doesn't want to surf the internet while I am at work anymore."
The man said, "Okay..."
I figure he didn't have a response to that in his script :cheesygrin:
I should be getting my $25 gift card in 5-7 weeks. And if it doesn't show up I have the interaction ID number.
BBB will get another complain from me if they fail to deliver!

You are no better than rogers itself, I hope you realized that when you made that comment.
I do wish rogers gives you the $25 since rogers will come off morally superior to you in that regard if they did and that's priceless. |

2) Nobody with any sense would side with you in a dispute over this, since you failed to make a good-faith effort to fulfill your side of the deal. |
