[iPhone] Weird pop-up?

I've been getting a weird pop-up on my iPhone 4s recently. It happens randomly but I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this and if they were able to fix it or find out what was the culprit. Searching online has yielding no results for me.

It should be noted that my phone is jailbroken. I've deleted cookies & data in Safari, removed a few questionable apps on Cydia but still continue to get this pop-up randomly. I've also never installed any app or visited (knowingly) anything MacKeeper.

Is that a push notification? Does it pop up with any sound? Have you tried turning them off? If that stops it, then some app is pushing them to you.

There's nothing in the standards iOS that can allow that (doesn't appear to be a normal iOS notification, even with a jailbreak skin) so I'd bet it's a jailbreak app allowing ads. You should be able to get some ad-block software from cydia.
