HDTV Picture Quality

I would like to know if anyone has a 65-70 inch HDTV, and how
Mediacom HD looks on it.

For the most part they look real good. At times there are some programs that look "soft" but the next program on the same channel looks real good.
And I'm looking at a 7 year old 61" Samsung HL-R6167W, which is DLP and only 720P

I have a 55-inch Panny plasma, so, not as large as you have, but with an HDMI connection, the majority of the HD channels look outstanding.

If you are having any issues with your picture, send me an IM with your account or phone number and I will be happy to look into it for you.

Hello, I have a ten year old 65" Mitsubishi 1080 HDTV, it is old enough that it does not have HDMI, I am using the composite 5 wire connection, my picture is exceptional, what I have noticed more than anything, just because it says HD, that really doesn't mean anything, look only at ESPN which is the only true HD signal at 1080, if your picture is still an issue than examine your cable connections and your cables, all are not equal, also at the risk of getting yelled at, double check your video input mode, I have a bad habit of switching to an older dvd player which needs to have the input set to video intead of HD and I forget to turn it back.
