| acanac DSL internet disconnects every 2 mins My dsl internet gets disconnected every 2 mins. I can not do anything with that.
I made a phone call to acanac yesterday, but he did not help me at all.
I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME OUT. PLS. ITS SO FRUSTRATING

I dont know what information you guys would need .. I am a computer noob.. know nothin about it...
basically, my internet gets disconnected every 2 mins..and every time it happens..i just go to the website (192.168.254.254)and press the connect button..
once it gets connected, the problem starts over and over again. |

How are connected, router + modem or just the modem?
If you have a router between the computer and the modem, try to connect it directly on the modem to see if the problem is still there.
If you can, try another modem. |
