| [DSL] Slowness in Maple L6A region I have been using Teksavvy for years in other regions such as Mississauga, North York region and it was great but after I moved to Maple, and ordered a DSL line with Tek, but it was awful. I have been experiencing slowness and all, worst between 7pm to 11pm.
I don't dislike Teksavvy, I called their support hotline which is certainly NOT the best experience, (waited 45min to get an agent) and only learned that I should get at least 4M download speed the entire time as opposed to less than 1M most of the time during the worst period.
I am switching to other provider..... |
