I just got my bell internet yesterday . Plan is FIBE 15 , which gives 15 MBPS downstream and 7 MBPS upstream.
After the connection , i check the speeds at speedtest website . But i am only getting around 2-5 MBPS downstream rate and upstream is well enough .
we have 4 laptops in our house and all are showing perfect more than 15 MBPS downstream rates. i am the only one who is getting these slow speeds ,
please tell me what must be the problem .
Edit: Tried with Wire , the speed was good, around 15 Downstream and 7 Upstream .

You say other devices are just fine. The speed is good with a wire on your laptop but not wireless. Sounds like you've already narrowed it down to something that isn't a bell problem so your thread title becomes very misleading doesn't it?
Here are some things I would try:
Try installing the latest drivers for your wireless adaptor in your laptop.
Try changing the level of encryption used on your wireless connection. This setting is found in the bell modem. Try changing from WPA to WEP. If that doesn't solve the problem, try going with no encryption/security on the bell router TEMPORARILY for TESTING PURPOSES ONLY. If that solves it, then I'd suggest you get a new wireless adaptor for your laptop but I would never recommend you leave your wifi network from your modem unsecured. -- Opinions and ideas expressed in my post are my own and in no way represent those of Bell Canada Enterprises, Bell Canada, Bell TV, Bell Internet, Bell Mobility, Bell Technical Solutions, Expertech, or any other partners under the BCE umbrella. |

 | Solved if you're on the unlimited plan or live a long, long way from the nearest neighbour. |
