[Cable] What can I do about this? Latency

This is a game server I am trying to play on and today, my latency is 300ms+ instead of ~50ms. It was unplayable and so I decided to trace the problem.

Now the last 3 hop is the game server but everyone in the game are NOT lagging. My friend who lives like 10km away from me, under the SAME ISP Teksavvy is having the same issue as me.

I waited and no one in game is having issues except us under Teksavvy but to me, it doesn't look like is Teksavvy at all. This is confusing!

And so I open and ran this OpenVPN client from SmoothPing.com. PROBLEM SOLVED! It's not the game server, it's not Teksavvy? Then who is making those 300ms?

Is HOP #15 having connectivity with game server that causes them to run at 300ms?

The issue is between Level 3 and the game server host, contact the game server host and inform them of this issue and hopefully they will contact Level 3 and try to get the issue resolved.
