Oh, You must be a long time valued customer; which is why they charge you $20 more (not including tax) a month than me.
Isn't it swell that while many businesses competing for your CONTINUED patronage offer rewards, bonuses and specials; ISP, cable. satellite, and cell phone companies, (just to mention a few) reward their customers with mandatory price increases, smooshing virtual bun kissing and a accidental over billing. (Those dumb computers can never seem to add numbers correctly)
I was packing up a couple of "Dish" receivers yesterday(into the return boxes Dish sent me) and each box contained a flyer(small poster) exclaiming, " What do we have to do to get you back?"
....hmmmmm?
Cancelling them was more of a hassle than..........
Who's fault is it?
All them darn persistent consumers that made it very well known that, This is what we want...and.... This is how much$ we want it!
