Frontier Communications → [FiOS] Frontier Custom Value Pricing Discount change....

Just got my December bill, and my FIOS phone/internet "custom value pricing discount" went from 15% down to 10%. Wondered why my bill went up $10 a month. I'm under a 2-year term agreement for phone and internet from April 2012-April 2014. Shouldn't the discount stay at 15% for 2 years? I emailed a the question, now awaiting a response....

Can you show us or quote the text? Did it say anything about the change or you just know and can also show that it was at 15% from an other bill? The broken record that is Frontier's billing and changes to w/e, and the fact that anytime there is a new or unexplained increase to a items known fee we get BS as an answer. They dont know or we see several different answers. We should not have to wait for the truth.
