Very nice indeed!

--------------

Question:

1) Is there a cap on inbound minutes?

2) When you say [Forwarding: possible to any phone number] is that included or if not what is the cost for the outbound minutes?

Thanks!

1) Up to 5000 minutes a month.

2) Forwarding is possible to any phone number globally at regular outgoing rates. A typical call to the US would be 1 cent a minute.

It's a special deal with a CLEC.

Nitzan already has some very good rates.

I just double-checked and we CAN enable outgoing CNAM for your account by porting it to a CLEC that supports it. Please initiate a porting request from the web console and send us a signed LOA so we can do this. We don't need an invoice - just the LOA, and there will be no cost to do this.

So to recap - This is F9 talking about doing a port of an existing customer's number from one CLEC to another, in specific areas where they now have a choice of CLECs ?

That's correct. In this specific case we need a signed LOA to do this.

To clarify a few points:

1) We can do this for (almost) any existing number in the states mentioned above. No charge.
2) Yes- you will get both incoming and outgoing CNAM, no extra charge.
3) Yes- you will get 5000 incoming minutes included (instead of the usual 2000).

Hope this clears things up a bit.

The deep discount numbers... is it $2 or $3?

First you wrote "CNAM: $1/month extra incoming CNAM"
Then you write "All new regular numbers and all new regular ports in NY/CA/PA/VA/WV/DE/MD will now support BOTH outgoing AND incoming CNAM - no extra charge."

extra charge or not?

CNAM is optional for deep-discount numbers. There is no extra charge unless you want it (incoming CNAM).
