It's a special deal with a CLEC.

Nitzan already has some very good rates.

I just double-checked and we CAN enable outgoing CNAM for your account by porting it to a CLEC that supports it. Please initiate a porting request from the web console and send us a signed LOA so we can do this. We don't need an invoice - just the LOA, and there will be no cost to do this.

So to recap - This is F9 talking about doing a port of an existing customer's number from one CLEC to another, in specific areas where they now have a choice of CLECs ?

That's correct. In this specific case we need a signed LOA to do this.

To clarify a few points:

1) We can do this for (almost) any existing number in the states mentioned above. No charge.
2) Yes- you will get both incoming and outgoing CNAM, no extra charge.
3) Yes- you will get 5000 incoming minutes included (instead of the usual 2000).

Hope this clears things up a bit.
