<description><![CDATA[andy4theherd posted : I've lived here for 7 years now. I originally had TWC Roadrunner internet. Most nights I couldn't watch a Netflix movie without several pauses to buffer. I switched to Windstream about 5 years ago. Until this year I have never had the slightest problem. Starting around the beginning of Summer my evening speeds started going down. I'm on the "Flash" 12Mbps package. From 6pm until around 11pm I'm lucky to get 3Mbps. I can't watch a 720/1080 HD video on Youtube without several pauses to buffer. At any other time of the day I get a solid 12Mbps connection and have zero issues downloading, uploading, streaming, anything. Right now I'm getting 2.62Mbps down according to Visualware MyConnection. I play a lot of online games and the latency is so bad during this time frame that you can not play. After 11pm everything goes back to normal.<br><br>Are there plans to upgrade the equipment in this area? <br><br>A few more weeks of this, and I'm going to give TWC another shot...]]></description>
