[General] Best way to fix this....

Last year we bought this house we are in now we noticed that there were several lines outside under the soffit that were cut. I did some investigating today and found these feed three phone jack in the house, i pulled the wires out and they only have about a foot of room. Well I want to activate those jacks to our POTS service but the NID is almost 7 feet away.
my question is, is it possible to save these lines and avoid the a costly rewiring?

Sure just splice on some Cat 3 (trad 4 wire rgyb) wire and hook them into the user side of the NID.

I got it today, had to splice the three blue leads into a section of cat3 then take that the 15 additional feet to the NID,

Don't ever let contractors act stupid and remove your old NID or cable co hook ups that's what caused this mess
