Kardinal posted : Now, if only media outlets on this side of the pond could follow the BBC's lead and learn that she *isn't* "Kate Middleton" anymore, but Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. :uhh: Web stories for CBC, National Post, Globe & Mail, Ottawa Citizen, Toronto Star and Montreal Gazette (although they did refer to her as the Duchess as well) all managed to use her maiden name rather than her married title. The London Free Press got it right.....until they used a picture from 2011 of "Prince William and his bride-to-be Kate Middleton". The Ottawa Sun actually got it right.
--
All of us get lost in the darkness, dreamers learn to steer by the stars
All of us do time in the gutter, dreamers turn to look at the cars
- Peart / Lifeson / Lee
Join Team Helix
