What model is your router?
What FW is currently loaded?
What HW version is the router?

Is your PCs network card adapter drivers up to date?
What LAN cable are you using? Cat 6 is recommended for newer model routers.
Are you connecting wireless?
What OS version are you using?
Is the speed your testing between 2 PCs or between the PC and internet speed test sight? Speed testing is only recommended with wired connected to the router.

How many other devices are connected to the router?

OP - I'm guessing English isn't your native tounge; but that's OK - we'll work through it...

Do you own this router and internet connection, or do you just use it?

What speed service do you pay for? What speed is the actual connection?

When you say "speed limited" in the router - do you mean YOUR speed is being capped, or is the connection just saturated, with too many users?

What's the specific model of the router?

How are you connected? WiFi / Wireless, or hard wired?

Kind of redundant on your post don't you think LazMan?

What a helpful post... :S

Drivers and firmware are a little deeper then the OP needs to dive, at least up front - need some more basic details first.
