Front Drivers Side Creak

NS4683 posted : I have a 2006 Ford Fusion and since the temperature has been cold I have noticed a creaking sound when driving or turning. It doesn't seem to be caused by going over speed bumps, just minor undulations in the road or turning the wheel when not moving. I have isolated it to the front drivers side. I haven't had a chance to take a video of it yet, but I found a video on Youtube that demonstrates my problem. I can make the noise like the person in the video. And it only happens when it's cold outside, usually less than 40F.

Thanks for any ideas as to what can be causing it.
