DaveDude No Fear join:1999-09-01 New Jersey kudos:1	Cable card switch I want to switch a cablecard from one tivo to another, could i just call the self install number and do it over the phone ? Also does anyone know the self install number ?

They don't want to make it that easy, but the folks at the Philippine call center are pretty good as you found out. It's way better than it used to be before the new FCC card rules went into effect last year.
